The majority of us don't have the interest or time.
2. Pay a fee and find out what the dealers pay for the vehicles, so we have a bargaining tool? It's good information. Does it really get them to move on price?
Not really.
3. Call around for the best price?
They get calls like this all day long. In person is always better.
